Fear not when it comes to obtaining your Certificate of Eligibility. Because of the updated and automated system the VA has with their application link called WebLGY. WebLGY provides several "real-time" processes and receiving your Certificate of Eligibility is one.
With the implementation of the ACE (Automated Certificate of Eligibility) system an approved lender can obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) in just minutes - in fact a resent pod cast I viewed on the Department of Veterans Affairs web site actually stated 30 seconds.
Of course you can also request your own determination of Eligibility using VA Form 26-1880 with proof of your military service to the VA Loan Eligibly Center, but I can not understand why you would want to.
